As usual, it is time to look after the filling of the Ultimate Beneficiary Declaration for period 2023, which term, be no more than June 30th (usually is due in April but this time the government extended the term).
We remind you that since 2019, began in Costa Rica the obligation to declare each shareholding structure linked to corporations and trusts. Not doing it would entail economic sanctions between US$850 to US$85,000.
